Drennan are so enthusiastic about the extra visibility of their Glow Tip System, that they have started to produce some of the classic Drennan Crystal style floats in this manner that are spot-on for commercial Carp anglers, and a lot more besides.

The Drennan Glow Tip Carp Insert Floats cast long and straight and have the inter-changeable, size-engraved bomb weights which means you can swap to a lighter bomb from another float and put more shot down the line. The Drennan Glow Tip Carp Insert Floats also have the slightly longer stem below the bomb weight, so you can get a secure grip with a Drennan Silicone or Swivel float attachment. This is very important with loaded floats.

Drennan Glow Tip Carp Insert Floats have 6.6mm diameter straight tube with stepped 4mm insert in a light green tint to preserve the Glow Tip effect.

Drennan Crystal Floats and interchangeable Drennan Combo Tips have been made by the company since the mid 1980's.
