Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business, with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock. Small items are sent by postal service and large items (eg. rods, reels, waders, jackets, luggage, downriggers, smokers, boat seats or other hardware) or heavy orders are sent by carrier guaranteed delivery service.
Our normal UK office hours when customer service staff are available are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know by emailing email@example.com with "Complaint" in the subject header. At Harris Sportsmail, we take all complaints seriously and endeavour to resolve them to your satisfaction. All complaints will be acknowledged and dealt with to the best of our ability. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone for our return instructions.

Royal Mail Delivery is not a guaranteed service, please allow up to 10 working days for packages to arrive. Larger items that do not fit through a letterbox can sometimes be held at your local post office awaiting collection.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in post due to an incorrect address being supplied.
This excludes areas classed as Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and overseas.
