The Drennan Vertex 11ft Medium Feeder Rod is a classic, medium power feeder rod which is ideal for stillwater Bream, Skimmers and Tench as well as river work for Bream and Chub.

Featuring the required mellow action which helps play fish softly and so avoid hook pulls while at the same time having enough backbone to put the brakes on a Chub diving for cover and even small commercial Carp.

Accurate casting at ranges of up to 40m with feeders up to about 45g is comfortable and reel lines are in the range 3lb (1.4kg) to 6lb (2.7kg) and can be matched with a braided reel line to help detects bites from shy biting fish.

Supplied with two push-in Feedertips of 1 1/2oz glass and 2 1/2oz carbon and, just like the other Drennan Vertex Feeder rods in the range, being two piece these can also be stored and transported made-up in a ready rod sleeve or hardcase.
