OUR RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES.

Distance Selling Regulations:
Harris Sportsmail Ltd conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order.
Our flexible returns policy allows you to return any goods for a refund or exchange if unsuitable, damaged upon receipt or faulty.

As long as the item is unused in the original, undamaged packaging we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange:

Unwanted Goods may be returned within 14 Days. Return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
Returned items must be in the original, undamaged packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit.
Goods must not be used.

To help us process your return a completed Returns Form and a copy of the original invoice MUST accompany the goods.

NOTE: Do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first. Return postage is non-refundable.

What happens next?

We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability).
Full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 14 days of receipt.

I have received an incorrect item

We’re only human and we do make mistakes on the odd occasion. If we've sent you an item that is different to what is listed on your order we will happily exchange it – Please contact us for our Freepost address to cover the cost of the return.

To help us process your return a completed Returns Form and a copy of the original invoice MUST accompany the goods.

My goods were damaged upon receipt

We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods please Contact Us so that we can help you as quickly as possible. Please inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage with 24 hours of receipt.

I wish to return an item under warranty

All goods purchased from Harris Sportsmail Ltd are covered by the appropriate manufacturers warranty and, generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship.

Any faulty/damaged goods may be returned within 30 days.

If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault then please contact us before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.

Goods must be clean and hygienic for inspection.

Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!

What happens next?

Most manufacturers require us to return the item back for a thorough examination before repair or replacement can take place.
Unfortunately we are at the mercy of courier delays and individual warranty turnaround times at supplier.
We ask for your patience at this time. Current average timeframes for back to supplier warranty claims are seven to ten working days but may take longer.
We will liase with the supplier and work hard to keep your claim moving swiftly towards its conclusion.
As all direct replacements from suppliers are subject to availability we will endeavor to find a suitable replacement from our stock.

Distance Selling Regulations:
Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Under these regulations you have the right to cancel a contract for the sale of goods, where that contract has been entered by distance means (e.g. via website). If you want to cancel, you must do within 7 working days after the day on which they receive the goods.

To cancel the contract you must send us a written notice stating that you wish to cancel the contract. We will only be able to process your cancellation if we have your order number, so you should also enclose a copy of your invoice.

You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost.

Where you cancel a contract, you have an obligation to keep possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Should you wish to return an item please return the undamaged product with the original undamaged packaging.

Once we have received your notice of cancellation we will arrange to reimburse you. It may take up to 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for this to be done. We will only reimburse you to the method with which you paid.
