You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund within 21 days of purchase. Enclose a copy of your receipt with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone or fax for our return instructions.
